How Nootropics Can Help You

You can end your search now. Because here on Nootropics Expert you’ll find the help you have been searching for. No matter the brain health problem that is making your life miserable.

Here you’ll find information on this List of Nootropics which has dozens and dozens of links to nootropic supplement reviews that I’ve written, and update as soon as new science becomes available. In a language that is easy to understand.

You’ll learn where each supplement comes from, how it works, the benefits you can expect, how much you should use and how often, possible side effects, and how to select from dozens of options – which one to buy.

NOTE: Every single word on Nootropics Expert is written by me. It’s not an AI or a contract copywriter.

You will also discover that everything I write about a supplement is supported by peer-reviewed clinical studies. You will not find links to other websites or blogs.

Instead, you will find dozens of clickable links in each supplement review and article to supporting and relevant clinical studies.

So you have the option of reading the same research I found and used to write my reviews and articles.

My hope is that if you’re overwhelmed by the fragmented information for nootropics spread across several websites, you can end your search on what has become the best nootropics website.

Quickly find out how one nootropic may interact with another. Which ones are safe. And which nootropic supplements have side effects. I will cover all that here.

Use my Nootropics Guide to get more familiar with the top nootropics and different types of cognitive enhancers and what they do. Soon you’ll be able to safely build your own nootropic stack.

I’m happy you’re here. Because you should be able to find everything you need to know about nootropics on Nootropics Expert. No need to go anywhere else.

Armed with this knowledge you can choose the best nootropics for you, and finally start experiencing the benefits you’re working to achieve.

Hi David

There is a news posting in my country on modafinil and armodafinil. It’s serve as a warning to others who use it.

“askST: What are modafinil and armodafinil? Why is it dangerous to take them without doc’s prescription?” by Sarah Koh, The Strait Times – Singapore Mar. 12, 2025

Hello. I just watched an older video on your YouTube channel, that covered PTSD and nootropics, which could help with that, too. I was wondering, if any of the nootropics for PTSD, would also do anything for dissociative symptoms as well? Thank you.

What are the best nootropic for schizophrenia?

    March 5, 2025

Nic, I have a list of nootropics shown to help with schizophrenia. But I am reluctant to include that list here without further explanation on how they work. I’ll likely write an article on this when I have time. But for now I suggest scheduling a consultation with me and I can explain each of the 12 supplements on that list. Because you would not likely want or need to use all of them.

Hi, do you know what could be the most effective nootropics for Electromagnetic hypersensitivity ? Those who act on NMDA receptors (cat’s claw and theanine) and AMPA receptors ? Thank you for your help.

Fabian, use the search function top right and do separate searches for “AMPA” and another for “NMDA”. You will get a list of links to supplements that affect each receptor.

my wife was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Dec 24 2024. she has stiffness, slurred speech, no arm swing but no tremors. we tried L-dopa as they recommended. we started at 100 mg three times a day and went to 250 mg three times a day all we got was tremors and a drug dependence. So, we backed away and we are not at 50 mg 3 times a day hoping to go to zero in the next few days.
there has to be a better way. we have been recently trying lion’s mane and Rushi. We take Cq10 and turmeric every day and have for years.
We also have taken a probiotic Dr Gundy’s total restore every day for the last 10 years.
We are open to any ideas you might like to suggest.
