Methylphenidate will work better if supported by nootropics that boost dopamine, norepinephrine, acetylcholine and serotonin. That is what this post walks you through. And you are most of the way there with your stack.
PL Energy works in the 1st and possibly 2nd stack during the day. I suggest using separate ALCAR, L-Tyrosine and possibly Alpha GPC later in the afternoon to prevent a stimulant crash.
