How Nootropics Can Help You
You can end your search now. Because here on Nootropics Expert you’ll find the help you have been searching for. No matter the brain health problem that is making your life miserable.
Here you’ll find information on this List of Nootropics which has dozens and dozens of links to nootropic supplement reviews that I’ve written, and update as soon as new science becomes available. In a language that is easy to understand.
You’ll learn where each supplement comes from, how it works, the benefits you can expect, how much you should use and how often, possible side effects, and how to select from dozens of options – which one to buy.
NOTE: Every single word on Nootropics Expert is written by me. It’s not an AI or a contract copywriter.
You will also discover that everything I write about a supplement is supported by peer-reviewed clinical studies. You will not find links to other websites or blogs.
Instead, you will find dozens of clickable links in each supplement review and article to supporting and relevant clinical studies.
So you have the option of reading the same research I found and used to write my reviews and articles.
My hope is that if you’re overwhelmed by the fragmented information for nootropics spread across several websites, you can end your search on what has become the best nootropics website.
Quickly find out how one nootropic may interact with another. Which ones are safe. And which nootropic supplements have side effects. I will cover all that here.
Use my Nootropics Guide to get more familiar with the top nootropics and different types of cognitive enhancers and what they do. Soon you’ll be able to safely build your own nootropic stack.
I’m happy you’re here. Because you should be able to find everything you need to know about nootropics on Nootropics Expert. No need to go anywhere else.
Armed with this knowledge you can choose the best nootropics for you, and finally start experiencing the benefits you’re working to achieve.

We cover all that in The Definitive Guide to Nootropics.
The Big List of Nootropics
Nootropics cover a broad category of compounds with cognitive boosting properties.
They have minimal side-effects and are appropriate for long-term use.
The Big List is a quick reference guide for nootropics. Learn what it’s for, how it’s used, side effects, interactions and dosing suggestions.
The Best Nootropics
Achieving brain optimization comes with a lot of trial and error. Experimenting to see what works best for you. But spend enough time in the nootropics community, and you begin to see patterns develop.
After you try the latest edition to the racetam-family of nootropics. Most biohackers settle into the nootropic that works best for each category of; cognition & focus, memory, energy & motivation, anxiety & depression, and brain repair & maintenance.

Hi David, I’m from Brazil and I’ve been following your work for a long time. I would like to know if your supplement will be exported to Brazil one day? tks

Fernando, I’m only an affiliate of several companies and each has their own policy of where they ship internationally. So, it depends on which supplement you are talking about.

Hi David,
Can you review the Nootopia nootropics on your website nootropicsexpert.com? I’d love to read your review when you write.

Paulo I am working through a list of pre-made nootropic stacks. I started with the most popular and am working my way down. Nootopia is near the bottom of that list so I will get to it eventually. It’s not a very popular supplement.

Daily gold nanocrystal drink promising as MS and Parkinson’s treatment
“Evidence of brain target engagement in Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis by the investigational nanomedicine, CNM-Au8, in the REPAIR phase 2 clinical trials”
I am afraid that history will repeat itself as with colloidal silver, which penetrates the cell causing mutations

Dan, CNM-Au8 is an experimental drug and the company has been funding studies to test it with ALS, Parkinson’s and others. But their drug application was rejected by the FDA for lack of evidence that it actually worked. There is always hope that some miracle cure will come along to help with these diseases. All we can do is hope that some actually work.

Hello,
Following your advice and experience, I’ve decided to purchase Mind Lab Pro for 8 months. I was wondering if I can combine it with taking Ashwagandha? And if so what would it be the recommended dosage
Thanks
ALvaro

Alvaro, you can use Ashwagandha with Mind Lab Pro. Follow the dosage recommendations in my Ashwagandha review.

Have you looked at a PC IV treatment product called PlaqueX? I am curious about your thoughts for use with MCI and also for arterial plaque removal. I’m also told that up to 90% of oral PC is lost in the digestive tract so I’m considering this route. It’s expensive.
I am told that the first dose is 20mg, second is 30mg, then 50mg thereafter. Doses run 3 times per week for 30 or 40 doses. It is compounded at 2 to 1 PC to Deoxycholate.
Thank you for considering my question.

Raymond, Ray Kurzweil gets Phosphatidylcholine (PC) injections ever week. I don’t know if he still does it but it was part of his supplement regimen used for longevity.

Joshua, I have not researched Hops as a nootropic. But if there are enough human clinical studies showing it helps the human brain then I’ll put it on my to do list.

Greetings David,
I’ve had some trouble finding how many days each racetam takes to reach it’s full effect. I’m specifically interested in how long does pi-, ani-, oxi-, and coluracetam take as well as noopept (I do not like it’s other name “omberacetam” as it’s not a racetam). Also I’ve specifically heard that coluracetam can hasten other racetams?

Edvard, I have no knowledge re. Coluracetam and its effects on any of the other racetams. But like many other nootropics some will feel the benefits of a supplements within the first day or two of usage. And others get the most benefit from consistent daily use for 2 – 3 weeks.

hi david, I recently had a consultation with you which was quite helpful. In the future, I am considering taking aniracetam with 20 mg of celexa per day. I was wondering what your thoughts on this might be? Would they be compatible in your opinion? Thanks

John, good to hear you are doing well and thanks for reporting in! Aniracetam is not contraindicated with any drug that I am aware of and should not be a problem.
